<The Power> is Back!

"The Power" is finally back after its unfortunate cancellation in 2015 due to the MERS outbreak. It had garnered much of everyone's attention in the Korean theater for its controversial premiere performance last year. This is the collaboration of writer Nis-Momme Stockmann, who has been praised for bringing revival to the German theater, and German veteran director Alexis Bug, which has received great reviews from the audience and critics for its uniqueness and unconventional style with racy social criticisms through innovative experiment and brilliant intellect. This unorthodox work throws another "challenge" to the audience. Just as one of the audience members had confessed to finally submitting his letter of resignation after much delay and hesitation after watching this performance, a certain change may also occur in your life at the least expected moment.

"You will all be completely confined to your seats."

The Power! The Genius!

A fierce battle of wits begins now!

The stage has been upgraded to center around the actors with a greater feel for intense rage and novel ideas that are highly realistic. Endless bombardment of ruthless questions will completely stir the entire audience and we will be utterly confined to our seats and fully suspended in disbelief by the mind games of the actors. Be sure to sharpen your mental sword and keep your intelligence switch on during the play if you don't want to lose this mind-boggling game!

Synopsis

An office in a skyscraper. Gathered for production of an advertisement, they are in the middle of a heated discussion on the reasons for driving a luxury car. Bark, a bus commuter, visits the office to ask the team leader about the sender of a "strange letter" that he received.

"Innovation? It's very simple. Just do what you used to do before."

While my office space is surrounded by the signs that read, "No one forces you," I always feel exhausted for some reason. One day, I run into a homeless man who is saying something strange, and also my coworker M, a young and decent-looking guy on the subway.

"You're afraid, aren't you? 'Cuz you think that you might be me...

You'll actually be happy only when you become me."
